Quale provides a very positive work environment, with opportunities to learn & enhance your skills throughout. Although work gets a bit challenging at times, but its normal wherever you work, and there's a good work-life balance. The team is sound technically & always eager to help fellow members. Overall a great place to work for freshers.

The work culture & environment promotes learning & development. There are internal training sessions. Quale has seen huge customer growth recently, so exposure to live projects is very good. I will really say that job security & stability is there.
