Work environment nice and good supportive members but no job guarantee, if there's no project they can terminate us without any thought

No such benifits, no free food, no cab facility overall there is no such good benifits for the employees, salary is decent but slow career growth, there is no salary hikes despite you have worked for 24/7 with good efforts

Management has announced all the employees to go to there respective homes before the lock down. They allowed us to carry our work from home with no stress and pressure.
