no acknowledgement for the people who work hard only the people who keep soothing others ego's are the people who are given importance even if they do not work. All the hardworking individuals are verbally abused by the senior leadership. Zero support or guidance is provided to the HR team exclusively in this organization. The only thing that the leadership does is that humiliate, verbal abuse, insult for all the work that is being done. If you are related to the top management or their favorite only then your job is safe otherwise you are kicked out without a second thought. The most unfair behavior is towards the HR in the company. No hikes are given since last 3 years to the team. The expectation is HR drives the culture of the organization when the HR is in a toxic pond with constant abuse and no one is there to support or standup for them.
