Don't go for off role/contractual job. It sucks. I am working in Accenture (Off role), You will not get any extra benefit like normal employees, forget benefits, you will not even get OT for your extra working hours. Permanent employees would be getting every single benefit related to the company, but you will not get the same. Instead even if you are working for 11-12 hours, they will insist you to take some extra load as an extra initiative and will try to convince you to make you permanent in the company.
