There is too much partiality in the teams, the one who is favourite of manager will get appraisal disregards of the performance of that employee. Fake promises to the clients for work which can't be achieved. Put u in any project disregards of your skill set. They will pay u promote u pn tha basis of internal performances mainly in TDR and not on project performance. I am pretty sure people who want to join this company will consider Big 4 as a main criteria and this exactly has been the biggest disappointment for me. I felt like i am working in some start up with no proper procedures in place. No body knows what to do with no clear understanding of responsibilities. Client deliverables are a joke. I have seen onshore mangers asking to pass test cases with jugad their only concern is completion of task before time and removing it from their bucket. They treat India resources as labour with no consideration of their time. I have been pulled into late night calls and they don’t even ask if i have any plans or is it late. The biggest issue has been people with no talent and knowledge of the subject matter seating in senior management positions and this translates to hell lot of pressure on developers....Read More

Worst HR team and upper management, they can lie frankly over the mail with full of confidance an arrogance otherwise they never respond. Never expect such kind of behaviour from a Senior HR Manager of PwC acceleration centre.

Hired resources with no relevant experience about the work and expecting that the resource will perform superb at the work which he does not have any knowledge. There is no hob security, they will put you on PIP( performance improvement program) any time by giving you lame reasons. No work life balance as they will ask you to work even on weekends or on your holiday.

You can sit for months on bench and no one actually cares

Dislikes

You can sit for months on bench and no one actually cares but cannot be placed and get rating 4, then you are put in PIP. No one owns anything even if you raise a concern regarding your development in general. For everyone question you ask management/HR the only answer you get is 'this the process across the organization' but no one actually tells/explains what the exact process is.
