No job security. The HR is never transparent with the employee. They Inflate the CTC on paper but the money that hits your account is much less. They make you resign if they don't get any projects. There are no employee perks and benefits—free coffee from the machine that's it. They make you stay on-site even though the entire work is done on teams....Read More

It was a good company to work for. The salary and appraisals are reasonable. The people were professional and approachable too. ( atleast in my project)

- 1st Month -- When you're waiting for your credentials to be generated for your respective project, it will take around 30 days. The management does not give a damn if you're even alive during this time period. - The above is also true when you're serving your notice period. You are dead to them the 1st and last month of your tenure. - Salary is not always on time. - This is a STARTUP. Mid-level managers are too proud to admit this. But many of the executive suite during townhalls have admitted this. - Any and all offerings are contract based. Do not believe their lies. - Any promises made during interviews about multiple projects is just not true. I was asked to leave once the initial project finished. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - Job security is null and void the moment your project finishes</mark>. This is true for ALL departments here. If you value yourself and do not wish to be unexpectedly let go, do not even think of joining here. - Any managers assigned to you, will only *attempt* to do the bare minimum. Mostly they will never correspond on time, and will be unavailable. I had not talked to my manager for a good few months in between my tenure. - Their "Company Portal" is FULL OF BUGS. It looks like they hired a third party contractor to build it up but forgot to do provide any maintenance on it. Very very disheartening to see a sad legacy portal. Signs of a new/troubled/struggling company. Please consider thinking THRICE before joining this hell hole. You don't need to believe me, but filter reviews by 1 star. Pros - for PureSoftware, 1. They will give you a better compensation from other companies in market as you will be deployed to some client location and they billed to thier client 2x of your package. 2. Once you joined the organization, you will be deployed at client location, what your client will say that you need to do, PureSoftware dont have any control neither thier client give them any importance, for an instance when on saxo floor people are getting effected with covid, Associates raise their concern to PureSoftware but no one listen to them. 3. Your salary just comes from puresoftware rest everything you have to do w.r.t. client's order. Pros - for Saxo Bank(As a consultant), 1. Working timings are good, you have to stretch like 3 -4 times in month or you can say when any prod. incident comes. 2. Free Breakfast\Lunch\Dinner, they provide good food. 3. Free parking for consultants(third party vendors). 4. You work on latest tech stack as they have thier own products....Read More

Cons - for PureSoftware - 1. Thier medical facility or mediclaim is so poor. 2. Once you resigned, they will try to give you the matching compensation(if your feedback is good/if you have good dependency at client), because a resource going is a billing loss to them, so its like lets earn 1.5x rather then 2x, something is better then nothing. 3. Once you decided that after resign you dont want to retain then thier way of treating you totally changed, HR are very rude(They even disconnect your call in between). 4. You have to struggle about your FnF as well, using enormous email followup etc.(They will not pick up your call). 5. also about the appraisals, they have 2 cycles in a year, for me evenif I've 1st rating, 5% was my hike. 6. They have 10% variable pay which you only got full if you have 1st rating else it would be less, irony is its the part of your CTC. 7. Evenif they offer very good referral bonus like 50000, still i didn't refer anyone just because I dont want to spoil anyone career. Cons - for Saxo Bank 1<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Job Security - They have Hire/Fire policy, As they have 60% workforce as consultants, so they dont care about resource as they will get easily</mark> because they work with multiple companies like Nagarro, PureSoftware, Empinofour, Coforge, EY, Accenture etc. and this is every year issue. 2. Irony is as they fire resources they only counts their permanents resources because other fire resources are consultants. 3. A biased treatment for permanents and consultants in terms of work culture. 4. Many of the folks either in testing/development/Support want to switch due to this job security thing and lot of office politics. Basically you will get a good salary but with no peace of mind, people feel stuck after few months of joining, so I'll not recommend anyone to join these organization so the choice is yours....Read More
