recently i have made a mistake in filling time sheet in saxo bank, now neither ny parent company pure software is helping me nor my client location company is helping. My pure software manager said there is always a first time which is for pay cut. You will join this company for pay and then they will cut your pay and will say there is always a first for everything

Last 3 years I was working in one of insurance base client, once the project got over in insurance base company, they asked me to resigned by myself, great place to work is just for marketing. Company asked / remind to employee to give some good feedback for great place to work certificate recognition

Hierarchy not maintained as it supposed to be. Salary distribution is not fair based on skills set. It mostly depends on your experience but not what you're delivering.

- 1st Month -- When you're waiting for your credentials to be generated for your respective project, it will take around 30 days. The management does not give a damn if you're even alive during this time period. - The above is also true when you're serving your notice period. You are dead to them the 1st and last month of your tenure. - Salary is not always on time. - This is a STARTUP. Mid-level managers are too proud to admit this. But many of the executive suite during townhalls have admitted this. - Any and all offerings are contract based. Do not believe their lies. - Any promises made during interviews about multiple projects is just not true. I was asked to leave once the initial project finished. - Job security is null and void the moment your project finishes. This is true for ALL departments here. If you value yourself and do not wish to be unexpectedly let go, do not even think of joining here. - Any managers assigned to you, will only *attempt* to do the bare minimum. Mostly they will never correspond on time, and will be unavailable. I had not talked to my manager for a good few months in between my tenure. - Their "Company Portal" is FULL OF BUGS. It looks like they hired a third party contractor to build it up but forgot to do provide any maintenance on it. Very very disheartening to see a sad legacy portal. Signs of a new/troubled/struggling company. Please consider thinking THRICE before joining this hell hole. You don't need to believe me, but filter reviews by 1 star. It was only in the beginning of my tenure that I thought that it was a flat hierarchy organisation. I remained happy when deployed at client's offices.

Dislikes

Power is centered around few members. No mid-level leaders. Micromanagement. No recognition if you don't keep your bosses happy. Could not find any real hard working individual. No one seemed interested in their respective jobs. Lack of trust between associates. Poor effort estimations. Noisy office. Non ending employee strife based on political ideologies.
