- 1st Month -- When you're waiting for your credentials to be generated for your respective project, it will take around 30 days. The management does not give a damn if you're even alive during this time period. - The above is also true when you're serving your notice period. You are dead to them the 1st and last month of your tenure. - Salary is not always on time. - This is a STARTUP. Mid-level managers are too proud to admit this. But many of the executive suite during townhalls have admitted this. - Any and all offerings are contract based. Do not believe their lies. - Any promises made during interviews about multiple projects is just not true. I was asked to leave once the initial project finished. - Job security is null and void the moment your project finishes. This is true for ALL departments here. If you value yourself and do not wish to be unexpectedly let go, do not even think of joining here. - Any managers assigned to you, will only *attempt* to do the bare minimum. Mostly they will never correspond on time, and will be unavailable. I had not talked to my manager for a good few months in between my tenure. - Their "Company Portal" is FULL OF BUGS. It looks like they hired a third party contractor to build it up but forgot to do provide any maintenance on it. Very very disheartening to see a sad legacy portal. Signs of a new/troubled/struggling company. Please consider thinking THRICE before joining this hell hole. You don't need to believe me, but filter reviews by 1 star. If you are looking for growth and opportunities to learn puresoftware is a place to be. There is no bar for learning. PS is a pay master in NCR unlike other IT services based companies.

Puresoftware is more of consulting company and client centric organization, once they assign you to client then they expect you to handle A to Z in the project for that particular client, management is least bothered about what is happening in project .. extra hours will not be paid properly, all your efforts , family time just go for Client even in weekends. Employee Work life balance is least priority for management....Read More

Company have really good projects. Your concern's or issues is addressed by the management. Company policies are good for employees. Dedicated active HRBP, who's always there for you. Flexible work culture. Good place to work.

Appraisal is fixed and it doesn't compliment hardwork and growth

Likes

They take the effort and pain to up-skill the employees whenever possible. They hear to employee's concern and try to address it at the earliest. The HR team goes way beyond to help employees in career as well in any personnel difficulties during the pandemic time. They provide pretty good compensations and appraisals compared to other average company standards.

Dislikes

Would have been better if they were little transparent in case of the resource contracts
