No support at all in the time of pandemic. Instead they are firing the employees. I won't recommend this organisation to anyone . No career growth, no skill enhancement program.

Everything the HR, company policies. Everything is substandard there. You won't get job satisfaction parking at puresoftware.

A big zero. No work life balance this pandemic they are treating employees as if labourers no week offs no holidays. Just work work and work 12- 15 hours a day is what they want us to work from home.

Job security , they hire for small term roles then fire employees when its completed.They send to client location how much far ever that be , without giving any cab or compensation for this. Work culture is very bad , Manager micro manages every minute of employee.
