It works for better services to customers and also maintained the family atmosphere among the staff. Therefore in OBC every employees is committed for good services to customer. I never feel Work pressure in ORIENTAL BANK of COMMERCE. We always shared work load from colleagues as OBC family member.

In first 25 years I have worked in front counter to serve the customers of the Bank. In 2009 I become Loan Officer and had to process Loan applications in different categories i.e. retail loans, msme Loan, personal loans in the range up to Rs. 5.00 crores
