There is no work life balance! Lots of politics! Lobbying! Most of the work happens in Xerox and courier! The management still haven’t understood what is happening in banking sector! Recently started Instant personal loans, which is only technology advancement they have made since last five years! Going backwards! No proper vision! One day someone will decide to end a portfolio overnight and once all business is lost, next person will reinstate the portfolio and put pressure on staff to bring business! Unplanned structural changes overnight which hinders normal functioning of branches. Overnight withdraws loaning powers of branches and gives to a new structure without any staff/office which halts entire business across the bank! Same is applicable with processes! Everything changes overnight! No clarity and Higher management doesn’t take responsibility! All accountability is fixed on branch staff! 80% branches run on outdated/ redundant equipments!
