Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the top management does not address our issues. Promotion of chief manager and above is quite unfair. Merit has very less value in the promotion interview. Appellate authority does not give opportunity to present your point of view in the redress of grievances.

Work Details

The job gives opportunity to serve the needy persons and contribute in uplifting the economical and social conditions of our countrimen. There is lot of job satisfaction.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
