Highly incompetent HR team, which takes more than 4 months just to process house lease rentals of employees and more than 2 months to process resignation (without notice period). No need of merit for promotion if you are good at boot-liking. AGMs and above are given differentcircles and zones to run, which they run like dictatorship without any sort of responsibility and accountability.
