Nothing, manger and seniors are egoistic, noone helps you, favoritism on peek, micromanagement , forget WLB , recruiter told you will get microservices but they put you in jswing desktop application.

Many, think anything bad . Sapient is totally pathetic company where people don't know how to treat others. Managers are fool.

Team Politics is bad. If you have a manager who is working in the organisation for more than 10 years then he is never leaving and he will not be skilled up to date and there are good chances he will not let you grow and trap you with poor office politics.

Good projects, work life balance is poor in some projects but good in some others, good compensation

Management is poor, work life balance is poor as in my case my most of the team members are in US so I have to work from 8:30 am to 9pm and sometimes more

Publicis Sapient office infrastructure is nice and colorful. The office has a flat infrastructure like most of the offices in Gurgaon, but the office resources are much better. You will also like the office coffee. It is much better than anywhere else I've had as far as offices are concerned. The office environment is cool and easy,not like other offices where one employee calls and disturbs others' work. Overall, you can work in peace here. Publicis Sapient work culture is one of the best I have found so far - It's strict. everyone's supposed to be in the office at 8:30 am and leave by 5:30 pm. If you have a medical emergency or family issue, you can leave in between. Everyone here understands that people have limited capacity to work, so they keep realistic deadlines and respect them. Just another Service based company. We'll not get relevant work. I am hired as a Frontend Engineer and working in Backend Development. But learning is good. People are nice.

We cannot decide in what team we'll be put into. Tech stack changes for every project. Some project timelines are less and it varies from 2 months to 1 year.
