Growth prospects for existing employees are very less. Appraisal given to existing employees are also very less. Favouritism is there. Appraisal decided on the basis feedback of leads of work done by employees during last 2-3 months. whole year performance is not considered for appraisal. People have to work extended hours to get recognised by leads.
