1)Management is worst. 2)Hire and Fire(employees are useless when work/project is complete) 3)Fake promises to candidates that FXTE(fixed term employee) will be converted to permanent 4)Assigning wrong title(Devops for a developer) then need to take 12 to 13 tests and courses for just title change. 5)Team manager never speaks to team and speaks to team only if there is an issue. Manager doesn't know how to speak with team members. 6)Manager asks to overwork (16 to 18 hours). 7)Forced to take KT's even before relieving from previous company that too 15 days. 8)Join if you want to get trapped. 9) Harass employees to leave the company even before the contract. HR management harasses their colleagues and junior employees so much, how would they do the justice with other employees and departments. Only skill required to grow in this organisation is Licking their seniors and managers, culture of licking is appreciated alot and every person expects the same from their juniors. Less project due to that be ready to spoil your skill set. I find lots of PPL working on other tech stack like java dev person has been forced to work on .net c# or any other tech stack.staffing is and management is bad ..they don't have any proper management skill set .only they care about the client billing and nothing else.

Working culture is not very good. Work life balance is not in their dictionary. They proudly ask people to be available on weekends. Currently grappling with financial crunch so no parties, no outing, no travel. No increment for majority of employees since 2 years. No full bonus to managers and above. Enforcing WFO.
