Before joining please clarify whether you are joining Sapient or ReSources division. Do not join ReSources division, it's nothing like Sapient. Your offer letter will say TLG India pvt Ltd. The culture is too political and leadership openly bullies people. You are asked to work on weekends with an illusion of getting a comp off. How will you avail comp off if you are constantly buried under work pressure. The only way to get leave is to call in sick and even then they'll try to understand whether you can support from home. Managers will keep accepting new work from leadership without increasing team size. They don't even dare try to tell leadership that their teams are already stressed out cause they are scared of their own jobs since mass firing also takes place openly. Good luck if you want to work in this culture. HR is useless and a mere puppet, they are least bothered in understanding why management wants to fire someone, is it due to performance or someone's own vindictive agenda. Every now and then there will be emails coming from people leaving stating that they left because of the bullying and only thing HR or leadership wants to do is to ensure such emails are blocked. For me, Publicis Sapient Gurgaon fulfills my basic security, safety, and health needs. a. Good salary with comparatively more basic pay than other companies same CTC. b. Good health insurance and accidental insurance cover. c. Professional and cordial work environment where self-respect is valued. d. Supportive managers and team members, so we can take leaves as required. e. Recognition of work within team with cash as well as non-tangible benefits. So, overall working here is good. Project work is also great. We are always looking for new technologies and tools to automate our work and save time for some fun activities. Nice office and cafeteria.
