No Job security, Hire and Fire company. I would advise no one to join even if HR promises you to pay high package. After giving almost 3rounds of interview they select candidates and after selection to get internal project client takes 2rounds of tough interview and sometimes coding test. if any candidate is on bench more than 2hours HR asks you to resign forcefully. Internal client project interviews are sometimes based on extreme theoretical knowledge. Not anywhere related to learning potential of the candidate. Each client actually interviews according to there own requirements and are very picky which the candidate might find exhausting.

Sapient only focuses on human resource who can stand in tech world with changing time. If you stopped learning or *just working assigned tasks* - your career growth will stop. In this organisation, if you are bringing new tech, sharing sessions and keen to explore new opportunities that can help you to grow in your career. Thus worki ng for a project doesn't give growth that I dislike about. Recently, due to covid vacations encashment stopped (45+ leaves) - so employees were forced to take leaves and spend time with family. But the management already know in WFH everyone spending time with families and vacations can be availed limited due to this situation! So Management is quite good in making profits. Politics: yes it happens at higher level, so no issues at work level (it's normal for every org.) Work Life Balances depends on project to project and kind of work committed by project managers.
