1)Management is worst. 2)Hire and Fire(employees are useless when work/project is complete) 3)Fake promises to candidates that FXTE(fixed term employee) will be converted to permanent 4)Assigning wrong title(Devops for a developer) then need to take 12 to 13 tests and courses for just title change. 5)Team manager never speaks to team and speaks to team only if there is an issue. Working culture is not very good. Work life balance is not in their dictionary. They proudly ask people to be available on weekends. Currently grappling with financial crunch so no parties, no outing, no travel. No increment for majority of employees since 2 years. No full bonus to managers and above. Enforcing WFO.

Leadership is least bothered about what is happening at account/projects. They mean only profit margins. People are least priority. There is no org work culture as such, we have to just follow the culture of managers and leadership people. HRs are just for namesake :(
