I find lots of PPL working on other tech stack like java dev person has been forced to work on .net c# or any other tech stack.staffing is and management is bad ..they don't have any proper management skill set .only they care about the client billing and nothing else.

Leadership is least bothered about what is happening at account/projects. They mean only profit margins. People are least priority. There is no org work culture as such, we have to just follow the culture of managers and leadership people. HRs are just for namesake :(

- Salary gets credited on time - Work from home is pretty much accepted and encouraged across the board.

Hardly anything. Maybe free access to learning resources like Udemy.
Worst company. They don't want you to have a work life balance, but you can try to have it by choice. But they want you to do work your socks off not only for the client, but they want you to do thought leadership sessions, automation assets. You should basically just show visibility irrespective of whether or not it is really benefiting the client or anybody. You should basically impress ppl sitting in Gurgaon. And they don't care how much effort you are putting for the client everyday. But you should show that you are doing something for the stupid useless COE. Effectively you are working for 2 companies - one is the client & the other is the COE, while only getting one company's salary. Now they are also forcing everyone to come to office 3 days a week. There is not enough seating availability in Bengaluru office. Literally they expect their employees to sit on the floor & work, which is so pathetic. And the company hasn't been giving proper hikes too and giving stupid reasons for it. The company is not doing so well because of the cheap useless COE politics, where nobody cares about whether the client is happy. They just want to throw some jargons that they are doing something fancy. Just talk about AI or other jargonny stuff in spotlight sessions everywhere & you're a star performer & you'll get promoted especially if you butter the worst COE leads & managers (helps if you are based out of gurgaon).
