I like the growth opportunities I had gotten in Publicis Sapient so far. I have worked here for only a year, but I have grows tremendously. As senior team members left the team, I got more strategy and planning work. This has resulted in my personal and professional growth. As I am thankful that my manager trusted my abilities and assigned new responsibilities. Technologies and tools that are used in my projects are the latest. technical expertise gained here is good, similar to start-ups. My manager safe-guards us from any unjustified client requirement and ensures that we maintain highest work delivery standards. This has given me a glimpse of how corporate managers should behave and take care of their teams. Company work culture and learning scope are good. Although I like working in Publicis Sapient, I am not sure about its salary and promotions. I have been promoted in my role internally however I am not sure about the salary hike percentage. My advice is to join PS as a lateral hire at a high salary hike. During joining the salary hike given was really good. Another thing I disliked is contract employees are not included in some internal employee survey. Although our work is not impacted because of it. In my team we have contract employees, FXTE and permanent employees. All of us share load and do equally sensitive work. In this case, our voice should also be heard similarly. Although we can discuss our problems with our people manager freely. He is very open minded and listens to our problems patiently. Besides this everything is fine, my manager does all the heavy lifting and sage-guards us. We are receiving promotion e-mails quarterly, which gives us hope for salary and band increase soon. There are few vintage employees who are still with the organisation and they make sure that the company culture is very relaxed and along with the work being completed on time. They even encourage employees to utilize all their annual leaves in the very same year. They even give you opportunity to grow but it is up to an employer if he grabs it or not.
Annual increment are not annual but once in 2-3 years the biggest demerit.
The only thing that they really bother is work being completed hook or by crook

Hardly anything. Maybe free access to learning resources like Udemy.
Worst company. They don't want you to have a work life balance, but you can try to have it by choice. But they want you to do work your socks off not only for the client, but they want you to do thought leadership sessions, automation assets. You should basically just show visibility irrespective of whether or not it is really benefiting the client or anybody. You should basically impress ppl sitting in Gurgaon. And they don't care how much effort you are putting for the client everyday. But you should show that you are doing something for the stupid useless COE. Effectively you are working for 2 companies - one is the client & the other is the COE, while only getting one company's salary. Now they are also forcing everyone to come to office 3 days a week. There is not enough seating availability in Bengaluru office. Literally they expect their employees to sit on the floor & work, which is so pathetic. And the company hasn't been giving proper hikes too and giving stupid reasons for it. The company is not doing so well because of the cheap useless COE politics, where nobody cares about whether the client is happy. They just want to throw some jargons that they are doing something fancy. Just talk about AI or other jargonny stuff in spotlight sessions everywhere & you're a star performer & you'll get promoted especially if you butter the worst COE leads & managers (helps if you are based out of gurgaon). Learning wise PS is good, access to Udemy for upskilling, certification drives.
Hiring process is biased and a total waste of time. Whether internal promotions or hiring, it feels more of corruption and politics than evaluating on qualifications. Less project due to that be ready to spoil your skill set. I find lots of PPL working on other tech stack like java dev person has been forced to work on .net c# or any other tech stack.staffing is and management is bad ..they don't have any proper management skill set .only they care about the client billing and nothing else.
Bad management.staffing and most of the person in mangent side they drive their own perception bcz they are associated with company for longer period so they ruled here despite having poor knowledge and HR is supporting then blidly their decesion. think before joing this company.
