Heavy work pressure, Micro management, An autocratic supervisor (Director) would be there to make sure project doesn't loose a single day billing (often threaten, putting unnecessary pressure on the name of challenging for betterment and blocking to reach all company provided platforms)

Being a consultancy company, people get to work a lot on different project every few months and that enables especially developers to work on different tech stacks. As a developer you will never feel that you are not getting enough learning or opportunity to work on latest tech.

Everything is HATEFUL. Sapient want ROBOTS to work for them. NO Work-to-Life balance. NO LIFE. work 18-20 hours straight in a day. Continuous work from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM, sometimes 2:00 AM. NO Work from Home options. if you're unwell, deduct a Leave. Indian Managers are Most Pathetic. NO respect for individuals. Managers Do NOT value Strengths. they Rely on Weaknesses and then highlight them on Appraisals, to score people lowest possible. NO Growth options. Those in Higher positions, remain for 20-30 years. No Training time for experienced individuals. Start on High Pressure and already BURNT HOT projects from Day-1 Hour-1. At least give 2 hrs. to understand the project. Highly Political environment.
