Nothing, extremely poor working environment, no one will help you. People are selfish to the core and not trustworthy at all. Politics would be such that you wont even able to notice till one fine day a bomb will be exploded over your head. If you ever happen to go on bench then start looking out as even if there will be a project they will not give you one and keep it reserve for someone that some Director has suggested. Everything, worst company I have ever worked for. I would not join again even if offered a CTC of 1Crore. People are hired for bwnch and then left on the mercy of some illitrate staffing partners who dont know anything about your skills but just try to map A to B based on project requirements. A manager has zero value, no one will give you basic respect also, forget about being treated as a senior....Read More

Work is hectic, everyone knows that, but thats not the bad part, even after working hard your senior will pass a very generalized derogatory statement which makes you feel like you have not done anything good.

Comps and benefits are always relative to your needs and wants do I will not comment much, yet from my perspective it's competitive in service industry.
