Coding is challenge but feel good also. I am working on the latest technology stack of Java, Big Data and Hadoop, so some errors are hard to debug. I get to learn a lot from existing code design and seniors. There is good opportunity to do some free certifications to become at par in job. There is lot to learn in both technology and domain daily. Best thing about Publicis Sapient is that we can do free trainings from AWS, Adobe and LinkedIn Certifications for free. They get counted in performance appraisal as well....Read More

I do not like Gurgaon office much as compared to Bangalore office space of Publicis Sapient. Bangalore office infrastructure and working environment was of totally different level. Since I have relocated to Gurgaon, I feel nostalgic about previous team.

When I joined Sapient Bangalore, I was selected through campus placements in 2018. I have joined Java project in retail domain.

Publicis Sapient organizes periodic cultural events for employees such as coding competitions, hackathons and just for fun challenges across the globe. As an Sapient employee, I can say that internal employee activities are always fun, which keep me in happy spirits.

Dislikes

I have less work pressure from my peers who are in core coding space. So, for me, nothing much is bad.

Work Details

I joined Publicis Sapient as a fresher in Java. I got allocated to a project, which is now in support and maintenance phase. Hence I get occasional coding work, lots of scripting work and user testing as well.
