Sapient works on new technology so if you are tech lover very good company. They give enough time to learn and develop.

Dislikes

No job security. Bench concept is terrible.If you are on bench start looking outside for job as there is no guarantee when you will be thrown out of company. If on project enjoy your life. It will be like government job.

Work Details

Worked as core Java developer for a very renowned client and got to learn a lot. I joined as fresher and there is very less opportunity to get work and if you are on bench, very rare chance to get a project.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Considering the current market trends regarding layoffs as well, which company would be a better option for me to go for?
