The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality product and a global client base.the company culture is very poor, and no good work environment.no hr rules and regulations.etc. I am not satisfied this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometime,I have to 14 hours straight in a day. Manager don't value and individual, unique strength, to here is no on job training for fresher,hence over all no any value of employees and no rules.

So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
