**Honest Review Based on My Experience** While the company has some good processes and great people, my experience in the specific team I was assigned to was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, I encountered workplace politics, primarily from the team leader. Many employees left due to the toxic work environment, manipulative behavior, and favoritism. If you're liked by them, things will be smooth for you. If not, they will start nitpicking errors and eventually find a reason to terminate you, even for minor mistakes that others are making intentionally without consequences. Unfortunately, I was one of many who faced this. When I tried addressing the issue with HR, I was told they would "investigate" and issue a final warning if needed. However, I was terminated under a so-called "Zero Tolerance Policy" while others continued making the same mistakes unchecked. It was clear that they were more interested in keeping people they favored rather than ensuring fairness. Though It's too early to give rating for work life balance, Job security and Job satisfaction as just recently joint but so far I have had great experience

The only thing I must say which was good in Provana was they had paid their employee salary on time. Rest everything was not good as compared to it has to be.

I really appreciate the consistent and timely salary credits, which provide financial stability and peace of mind. Additionally, the work culture at Provana India Pvt. Ltd. fosters a positive and supportive environment, which makes it easy to collaborate with my team and grow professionally.

While I’m generally satisfied, improving communication across departments could enhance collaboration and efficiency. I believe management is open to feedback, and I’m confident improvements will come with time.

Work load is less and they dont pressurise you much regularly. No issues related to any type of leaves Salary always on time (Best Part)

1. The appraisals,increments,incentives,bonus: Nothing is here 2.The salary is less for an employee who is working at night 3. Cab facility is poor. 4. HR faculty is also an average,not that good,not that poor. 5. They can't let you work at one place . They will continuously keep on changing buildings in every 4 months. 6. Poor festivals celebration 7. Food is terrible. Even stray dogs will avoid it. 8. No gifts and bonus on Diwali. 9. No professionalism, only few people are professional. Provana work culture is very bad very high work pressure working is not good seniors is not supported junior person and manager also not supported for junior person so over varg culture work and work company benefits all bad not good for salary given a work process very high and not a manager attitude not good

The company has no flexibility over shifts. The management is so much relied on HRBPs There are no technical tools for HRMS or HRIS. Everything work is manual. No work life balance. Appraisal were not also as expected as per the working. No flexibility to take offs or leaves.

It has 2 wings one is BPS and the other is IT services. BPS has very good work culture. But if you are going for IT services think twice about the project, project duration , technology. Rest work life balance depends on project. Benefits are as usual like other IT companies
