Learning opportunities in the role

The company has no flexibility over shifts. The management is so much relied on HRBPs There are no technical tools for HRMS or HRIS. Everything work is manual. No work life balance. Appraisal were not also as expected as per the working. No flexibility to take offs or leaves.

Nothing i like in Provana. I choose myself over that 3rd grade company. My manager mentally harassed me, make me cry and no one listens to me. So i choose to leave.

Dislikes

Very bad company, not employees friendly. I suffer mental harasment there and no Hr is helpful to me. They don't value employee.

It has been 3 years in this company and the management and the staff here at provana is very good and approachable. They recognise you for your work and gives you the credit . Work environment is really very good , provana provides food and transport with the quality .

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but things could have been better like parking and shift timings , and if there would have been some recreational activities it would have been great. Rest everything is good here
