Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

Everything. No culture, No system, No Process, No reward, No recognition, No recompense of hardwork. Management works like dictators. No new projects. Newly joined technical people behaves like they are high castes and others are low caste. They want to sell technology products and services but they have hired tech people on reference basis without tech knowledge. The pressure to perform is high, but there is no strategy provided on how to achieve the targets. They want to sell their services to the government & enterprise clients but they don't have any services. Sales guys don't know what to sell but are given very high targets to achieve....Read More
