Relaxed Work atomosphere for most of the department as they have to follow what their bosses say. No Need of brains if you are a good follower.

CXO's are treated like God's for no reason, they donot even have the caliber to manage teams. CHRO thinks she knows the world but basic policies and PMS are not in place. CHRO ego is greater than the organisation, an HR Head who just does not like to talk to people how amazing is that. Leave that she does not even talk to the team below DR's apart from festivals. she is more interested in business meetings and gossip then doing actual HR work. She would like to patronise all the team members, create a rift amongst the teams, if they solve it try to put all is a mess. Say all sort of things behind the back for every team member, and forget what are listening skills. She does not think anyone knows better than her. Infact she knows nothing, she will make the team to the work read the notes and declare her knowledgebase. Most importantly never argue with her, she wont even take ur correct suggestion and then banish you for sure....Read More

This is a very bad org to work with! Don’t take the job even if they give you 100% hike.

Bosses here are micromanagers. There are very depts where you have good bosses. HR team has amazing bosses. Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing has pathetic bosses. The org has no vision. Snr leaders are leaving the org. AVPs & VPs in HR, Finance & Marketing have left in less than 6 months. Some have left in 3-4 days.

Good if you're in the sales team or HR. Because you hardly have to work lol, just sit in office and ask product team to come on calls with you.

No canteen facility. No employee engagement by HR or internal boss. Just come to office work and go home. No real facility in the office place. small company of 500-600 employees. Recently the management has decided to fire the CFO. so he was been asked to put down his resignation. There are internal rumours that he was involved in taking kick-backs from Vendors and becoz of his poor management skills. Overall management lacks vision. They have a office in Pune also where the tech team sits, which does hardly any work and just off loads work to its vendors. No good products expect for PAN which is also Governement product for which Protean is an issuing company....Read More

Hierarchy. Nothing gets built here. Senior management is focused on justifying their own jobs and not on delivering quality products. Very top down. Not how a product team/ modern company should be run. No respect for personal time.
