Removed 2 - 3 of employees without giving any warning . 2k-3k is the max Increment you can expect. You have to inform your TL when ever you leave the office otherwise they will give scold you next day for not informing. 3 yrs notice period if broken then you have to pay 1,80,000 . You even have to work on weekends till nights. No work life balance . Salary is never on time it always gets delayed.

1. Delay in Salaries every now and then. 2. No good appraisals, and worst is management will fool you for months. 3. Owner is conman, and they will never settle your FNF and if you are left with Arrears, forgot about that money. 4. If your aim is only about learning and not about compensation, then join otherwise don't. 5. Only 2 saturdays are Off.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
