1. Salary doesnot come on time 2. No encouragement learning or adapting latest technology 3. Worst project management 4. Extra Working hours without any compensation 5. Often you have work on sundays 6. Micro management 7. After doing all the things above you only get 3 to 4 percent increment 8. Bonds for fresher (Fresher Please don't apply, It will ruin your career and bond amount is too much)
