The work culture, work life balance is good. HR conducts various programs to mix and collaborate with people. All the people (irrespective of their position) is reachable. Good System and policies in place.

When it comes to Appraisal and salary hike, it is too low. Only organisation where senior people gets promotion very easily . No promotion to mid level and junior level people. Recruits senior people at very high salary frequently . The senior level people enjoy good growth, enjoy their life . I've had a disappointing experience with the management and overall company culture here. The most frustrating issue has been the lack of career growth opportunities. Despite consistently meeting targets and performing well, appraisals are either delayed or not given at all. This has left many employees feeling undervalued and demotivated. Additionally, the decision to mandate a full return to the office, despite the ongoing trend of flexible working arrangements in many industries, feels out of touch with employee needs. The company has failed to recognize the benefits of remote work and continues to impose unnecessary office presence, which adds stress and reduces productivity for many. On top of that, the manual nature of the projects I’m working on is outdated, and there’s little focus on adopting modern, more efficient tools and technology. This makes the work feel tedious and inefficient. Overall, there’s a lack of support and vision from the top down. The focus is more on micromanagement rather than empowering employees or fostering a positive and forward-thinking work environment. I hope the company can make improvements in these areas, but for now, I would not recommend working here....Read More
