Likes

The company is organised when it comes to SDLC. There is an employee re hire policy. The tema mates and the seniors are helpful

Dislikes

Compensation and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Also increament happens at remarkable slow pace. Lots of deduction in salary enclosed with variable pay and yearly bonus. Beware of the salary structure before you join
