It's a wonderful company to work at, provides ample opportunities to everyone and your willingness to participate in different things will decide your progress and development. You have to be open to work on any given technology. There is an ESPP option which provides company shares with 15% discount upto 15L per year without any holding restrictions.

Resigned without offer - Confused

So, I resigned few days back because of toxic work culture. Had been here for 5 years now and felt I would never move on unless I get out of the comfort zone. Updated my resume but I don't know what reason to give recriuters for resigning without an offer? Also, not doing well on confidence.
