Principal has been at its best in taking care of the employees in this Covid - 19 situation. Employees were provided with laptop & were allowed to WFH a week before the lockdown. Money for internet bill were also provided in advance & the amount is way more than what other companies are providing. We are getting weekly updates from senior management about how we are doing in this lockdown. In situation like this many companies are terminating employees contracts whereas PGS is providing hardship allowance for selected tiers over and above the salary....Read More
