No career growth, less technical work, monotonous work, horrible leave policy, Actual work is done at US, no onsite.

Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Work is monotous and less technical. Most of the frameworks are built by the US team and India team just adds code to it. Forces Java people to be involved in cobol/Mainframe programming even if you do not want along with prod support on shift.
