You will be asked to do hell lot of work, but the end result is zero, when it comes to promotion management Team is very poor in taking decisions. You will only see hopes and nothing else. If you ask me operations Team is frustrated like anything, employee empowerment is just a vision of a company but practically it's burried deep under the sea.
