Resigned without offer - Confused
So, I resigned few days back because of toxic work culture. Had been here for 5 years now and felt I would never move on unless I get out of the comfort zone.
Updated my resume but I don't know what reason to give recriuters for resigning without an offer?
Also, not doing well on confidence. Would really appreciate if you guys could share your experiences and tips

Bro resigning without an offer is like jumping into the unknown... Just tell recruiters you were finding your next big challenge ... Confidence will come with time,fake it till you make it
