Resigned without offer - Confused
So, I resigned few days back because of toxic work culture. Had been here for 5 years now and felt I would never move on unless I get out of the comfort zone. Updated my resume but I don't know what reason to give recriuters for resigning without an offer? Also, not doing well on confidence. Would really appreciate if you guys could share your experiences and tips
