I did like the culture of PGS before 3 year. Now in these days the function has been changed and only the relationship with our manager and understanding that is good.

Dislikes

The payment method and the promotion structure. PGS have a term that called Prinpay. That means you have to keep your 10% of salary deposited to company till a financial year. Once that year ended then you will receive the amt from that 10%. It depends on your and companies performance. That means you will never get your entire 10%. You will always received an X amt from that 10%. And they also called it as performance incentive....Read More

They don't value to old resources. PGS feels like if someone continuing long association with them means that resource doesn't get job in market. Always offer promotion to non deserving people who don't even confidently and even can't write emails. Trust me it's personal experience.
