I have good team mates, I am learning different things from our team mates. They are all have supportive nature. I wishing and thanking to all my team mates.

Dislikes

We worked over time and if required Saturday also but we didn't get any compensation and benefits.I informed do much of times for salary changes but management team didn't replied at all.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have look end user support and solving issues.Some times issues are very challenging to me, on that time I checked with my lead or Google for solutions. Sometimes I worked up to 9PM 11PM.

I don't like anything specific about this company as this company doesn't provide job security to his employee and it's mangers regisgn from company on behalf of there employee and later employee got details about this.

Below point are given which need to clarify with employee when joining Company doesn't provide increments every year as per it's contract. It's old employee are not cooperative. Salary structure is pathetic.
