It appears that staff are being exploited and mistreated, with management prioritizing profits over people. (Hari and Naveen) Both of them need improvement in their management skills specially Hari. Neither their problem-solving skills so that issues can`t be resolved quickly and neither their communication skills so that there can`t be good coordination with the team . These people need improvement in their work skills so that there is good collaboration with the team and these people torcher and misbehave with their team and do have the habit of fighting at all and abuse anyone . Use their own devices to earn money and threaten people . There is unprofessionalism in the behavior of these people which has a negative impact on the morale of the team...Read More
