Biased work culture from management. Our concerns never heard. Variable pay is just name sake and not paid for more than years. They treat very badly after resignation and delayed full and final settlement, it took almost 75 days to clear.

These people need improvement in their work skills so that there is good collaboration with the team and these people torcher and misbehave with their team and do have the habit of fighting at all and abuse anyone .
