The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hast and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I resigned immediatly during covid situation in Oct. 2020. My manager was approved my resignation. But, now they not giving my experience letter. On 19th January 2021, They sent me mail, Please go to Mumbai office and collect service letter. And In March 2021, they are refusing to give my service letter. Very cheap level peoples..

Worst work culture ever I have seen.no job security and no any growth in salary and work.

They have only given leave on paper but there is no any actual leave even overtime every month on the name of customer satisfaction. I have worked here for 3 year but no any salary growth no good life balance even how much they pay to me it's not sufficient to leave basic life. So please avoid to join this type of companies.

Nothing, they are not support during this pandemic at all. During lockdown we have to go to site every day, even though we have work from home option. Team lead is pressurising unnecessarily. Even when I was sick (thank god not from Covid) they did not granted me leave. Many of my coworkers lost their Job. They were told because work load is less.
