HORRIFIED!! Such a terrible work environment i was in the vistara reservation department and let me tell 1- my trainer was terrible had such a horrible attitude ,she would pass personal remarks and give no respect to u or ur personal life what do ever . She would constantly try to insult us and pretend we are good for nothing , const antly threaten to fire us. 2-when i stepped on the floor few days of nesting i realised the supervisor talk to as if u are their Buttler and would ask anyone to bring them tea ,water or coffee, literally had no manners to talk , and we're not ready to help u at all . If u go to them asking for help they would simply say "mujhe itne pese nahi dete ye k m tm sbki suni " OR " mere pass mt aoo khood se kro jo trainer ne seekhaya h " OR they would simply ignore u and ur request. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 3- no work culture ,no job security they will traumatize you </mark>. Praxis is an ideal company for freshers, it will help you to grow both personal and professional levels. Work culture is very friendly, shifts are flexible here. Transportation, meal, reimbursement , incentives etc are some additional benefits.

There is a growth in the company indeed however salary part is somthing i believe which might make someone to have second thoughts.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The CEO was a Good Leader. Saw things from an employee's point of view. When the CEO was around the work culture was completely different. For a fresher, the salary is amazing. They provide you with cabs to and from the office. Company policies were great.

Dislikes

There were times when a supervisors, who in General were great at handling stress, occasionally would take their frustrations out on employees. For a fresher, that can be challenging. The supervisors should be pulled out and trained bi-yearly on how to motivate employees.

I was a Senior Reservation Associate at Praxis Services, where i processed reservations, cancellations, modifications for guests on opera and promptly relayed the information to the Hotel.
