There is too much partiality I saw in praxis. I think you are not even getting paid according to your worth (your junior will definitely have a good package then you )and they always find opportunities to deduct your Salary. Nobody appreciates you and the one who are not doing anything getting leaves and nobody will sau anything

There is no employee rights in praxis.

There is a lot of work satisfaction. Compensation is great. Work life balance is there. I could develop my skills with the help of the audit team members. I improved myself a lot.

Dislikes

Work culture was not that great as in the management needs to be better. And the there is a lot of office politics involved hence the growth factor reduces. Lastly, there is no job security at all.

Likes

My 4 months of experience was pretty good. I enjoyed my department very much. Although my manager couldn't arrange much time for my training yet she tried her best and with my efforts I managed to work well at high time (i.e December till March). But on April 5th they just kicked me out just like that which I hated the most as I was doing well and started to like my work but I lost everything with it. Still no grundes with the company.

Dislikes

Not much facilities for employees. Cafeteria is average. Salary is also average

I just love the people working over there. Your manager, assistant manager or if I'll talk about supervisor they are always ready to help you out no matter what the situation it is. If your are not well they are ready to extend on behalf of you. If I need to sum-up in a word that would be ' mini-family'.

Dislikes

There no growth in the company. 2nd thing salary issue. You won't get paid well for paid for extending the hours. The ABVP do not value there staff not the CEO over there. If you wanna work good if your wanna leave they are happy to let you go no matter how long it's been you are a part of it. And most importantly the transport department my god they are crazy including the drivers they don't know how to talk with the staff they start scolding you if your 5mins late for the cab.

Salary was very less and meagre incentives only part the infrastructure was good

Dislikes

Due to 1-2 budding so called managers I could see a biased behaviour towards despite working for a long time and giving my best of the efforts thus no chance of growth
