Fantastic! Pratian Technologies have a very unique working environment, which perfectly suits the fresher's mindset and I love it. As a fresher, I want a challenging, thriving, and fast company to learn skills fast. Coming from an ECE background, Initially, during my training period, it was a little bit difficult to understand how the software works, but once I got a grip on it, I felt very happy while solving actual Problems. It's all about time and opportunities, and you will find both in Pratian even as a fresher. After my training period, I was about to get placed in our client company, but I liked the environment of Pratian Technologies and I wanted to stay in this company. I approached the management to share my views on the company and ask whether I can be a part of it and I am extremely happy that our CTO accepted to take me into the company. I started working as a Full Stack Developer on one of our UK client projects, It was very challenging to solve problems, understand client requirements, R&D, commit timelines, and achieve results. I understood that technology is only one dimension of software development. Soon after that, I got interested in DevOps and wanted to learn that, with the help of our senior employees, I learned it. I am currently working on multiple projects as a DevOps Engineer. The Skills I learned here are very important for my career. I interacted with at least 350 - 400 people in the past year, which helped me to convert into an open-minded person, and improve my communication. Our higher Officials sometimes are only available after working hours, due to their tight schedule. It is difficult to work sometimes. But, if you are a person to learn new and is flexible, this is not an issue.

It's been more than a year since I started my career. I have done multiple things - Started as Full Stack Developer for multiple projects. My works or roles since I joined Pratian include, Software Development, Project Management, Tech Lead, Interviewer (180+ interviews), and a lot more. I am extremely happy I started my career here. I always wanted a challenging environment to start my career, where fresh minds will collaborate and solve problems, and I think Pratian is the best start for my career. If I compare myself with my friends in other companies, I started working on projects right after the deployment, whereas my friends are still on the bench. As we have few managers, it is challenging for developers to manage and maintain, but, it is all for the better good. Developers will get exposure to work on management as well, which will ultimately lead to multidimensional growth. It helps me grow indirectly.
