There are lot of illogical Politics within the Top Management which affects the career growth and work culture both. Try to get optimum utilisation of one Tree which can produce multiple type of fruits..

Work Details

I have struggled alot in the beginning due to non experience in the industry. I have also learnt many things on the job and got a chance to wear multiple hats which helped me to taste a different roles within the same team.
