While working for Polaris, I was a Resource that needs to be billed, like a cow that must be milked twice a day. Only that much care is given to a cow that is enough for it to yield the milk. Same here. Local Project Manager's responsibility ended with getting his cows' billing, and he could freely and shamelessly play video games for hours. Team Leader (of a team of 5) had guts to declare that his job is only to delegate. Any further queries were not welcome. Quality of free transport was pathetic. Almost everything. Poor work. Poor chairs to sit on, enough to give you a severe backache. Poor transport. Poor working conditions.
