Company is very good but management is very very bad u can yourself conduct a survey all the higher management is from BPO bkground and they keep on implementing BPO rules in a kpo and in a kpo we do not work on live environment and most of your top management is fired from Dell try to make food and transport free for everyone and in terms of insight they have nothing except elemenation people and cost cutting that is the main reason people r leaving and processes are getting closed and I request you to please maintain the international standards of recruitment hiring people in ten thousands and excepting him to work in night and for international clients I hope u r aware of the proverb if you through peanuts u only get monkeys. Apms are very very arrogant and making the life of people on the floor hell leave granting facility should be dirlctly given to hr rest learning is next to zero atleast install excell in all the systems so that employees should learn something and the way you have merged the annual incentive into the salary and giving it to only top ten percent will take you to nowhere.
